The College Football Playoff, ESPN and TNT Sports announced kickoff times and broadcast information for the 2025 CFP first round, which will begin with the first game on Friday, Dec. 19 at 8pm ET on ABC and ESPN. The next games will be broadcast on Dec. 20, as ABC and ESPN will broadcast the first game of a tripleheader at noon, with TNT presenting games at 3:30pm and 7:30pm.
All games on ESPN networks will be available on the ESPN App, while the first-round games airing on TNT and truTV will also be streamed on HBO Max. Further scheduling details, including full MegaCast information, will be announced later this year. ESPN will present each of the four CFP quarterfinals, the two semifinals and the 2026 CFP National Championship (CFP).
