GENE SYKES will continue to serve as chairman of the USOPC after a board vote this week. Sykes will serve in the role through 2030. The USOPC board also voted for a second four-year term for BUBBA CUNNINGHAM, the longtime North Carolina AD who is stepping down this summer, and elected Purdue Univ. President MUNG CHIANG to a first four-year term (Rachel Axon, SBJ).

The Blues promoted Dir/Recruitment KEITH TKACHUK to Adviser to President of Hockey Operations DOUG ARMSTRONG and Development Coach CHRIS THORBURN to Dir/Player Development. The team also promoted Coordinator of Hockey Operations JAZZMYN CARTER to Senior Coordinator of Hockey Operations and named SHANE MALLOY Dir/Strategic Planning, reporting directly to Armstrong (ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH, 7/1).

The NBA named McKinsey & Company Senior Business Analyst SOPHIA LIAO Content Strategy Manager (SBJ).

The 76ers promoted Account Manager/Premium Services ALEXA LEE to Senior Coordinator/Partnership Activation (SBJ).

The Univ. of South Carolina named Univ. of Memphis Associate AD/Development TAYLOR SANDERSON Chief Development Officer (D1 TICKER).

Florida Victorious named Univ. of Colorado Associate AD/Compliance ROB ROSNER VP/Business Operations (Florida Victorious).
