Basketball HOFer Dikembe Mutombo, who was one of the best defensive players in NBA history and a longtime global ambassador for the game, died today from brain cancer at age 58. Outside of his fame on the court and as a champion of charitable and humanitarian causes, Mutombo starred in an immensely popular Geico commercial that played up his signature finger wag after blocking a shot.
