Foley Entertainment Group named SGEi founder & President SHANE GREEN CEO. Green will be based in Las Vegas and will oversee business operations for FEG’s entire portfolio of entities, domestically and internationally (Foley Entertainment Group).
The Truist Championship named Quail Hollow Club Dir/Professional Golf ADAM SPERLING Exec Dir. Sperling ran the 2022 Presidents Cup, which was also held at Quail Hollow. Following the Presidents Cup, Sperling joined the club to help manage and prepare for its top golf events, including this year’s PGA Championship (Josh Carpenter, SBJ).
Las Vegas Motor Speedway President & GM CHRIS POWELL announced his retirement. He has been at the helm of the speedway since December 1998. His resignation will be effective March 31 (LVMS).
USA Lacrosse named Univ. of Maryland Senior Dir of Development/University Relations CHRIS DAX VP/Philanthropy. Dax has worked in fundraising at Maryland since 2017, where he managed fundraising strategies and activities for campus-wide initiatives. Prior to that, he spent more than a decade at Johns Hopkins, initially working in fundraising in the athletic department before moving into a role as the Dir of Annual Giving for Johns Hopkins Univ. & Medicine (USA Lacrosse).
