Katie Ledecky: Tokyo Games a "little different"

U.S. swimmer Katie Ledecky handed one of her Gold Medals to NBC's Jimmy Fallon, who put it around his neck. Ledecky: “That's what we had to do in Tokyo: We had to present the medals to ourselves so you're getting the full experience.” Ledecky said her experience at the Tokyo Games was a “little different (but) I'm lucky in that I had my family there in 2012 and 2016, so I had that experience, but we missed an audience like this.” Ledecky: “My teammates were in the stands cheering, the ones that weren't racing each session, and they really brought some good energy. It didn't feel as weird as I expected” ( “The Tonight Show,” NBC, 8/11).
