Seahawks update Lumen Field sensory room

The Seahawks made updates to the A-OK sensory room at Lumen Field, which will now be known as Ben's Room in honor Seahawks GM John Schneider's son who was diagnosed with autism. The newly remodeled Ben's Room is now outfitted with soundproof carpet along the floor and walls, new activity panels and bubble walls. Along with the updates, the there will be more training for event staff. The room originally opened in 2019 in order to better support guests with sensory needs. Ben's Room will continue to offer guests at Lumen Field a safe and calming environment for those who need a respite from the noise and excitement of the gameday experience. The Seahawks partnered with nonprofit KultureCity on the renovations (Seahawks).
