NBCSN drew a 2.4 overnight rating for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race yesterday from Michigan Int'l Speedway, down 20% from a 3.0 overnight for the same race last year on ESPN. NBCSN on Saturday also drew a 0.7 for the Xfinity Series race from Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, down from a 0.9 on ESPN last year.
HIGH BAR : NBC on Saturday night drew a 1.7 overnight for the women's portion of gymnastics' P&G Championships, up from a 1.5 overnight last year and flat compared to two years ago. The net drew a 0.9 overnight for the men's competition yesterday afternoon, down from a 1.0 last year, but up from a 0.8 two years ago.
