ESPN President Burke Magnus said that the only difference for "Inside the NBA" following Disney's acquisition of the program is that the show will "air on ESPN/ABC." TNT will "remain in charge of all aspects of the show," including production. Magnus: "We're not going to change the show. Why would we take something so successful and so iconic, bring it over and then be like, 'We know better, we're gonna change it.'" Magnus said the new network will not "interject new talent into it" or "really do anything to it." Magnus said the show will be carried at the NBA Finals, conference finals and "pretty much the entire playoff run" (SI, 11/21).
