Teamworks has acquired NIL operations software Basepath, which automates tasks, contracts, communication and finances for NIL stakeholders and athletes. As part of the acquisition, Teamworks will bring on 15 Basepath employees as part of its team. Together, Teamworks will continue developing a personnel solution to help schools analyze, plan and manage the end-to-end process of building teams. Basepath products will be incorporated into Teamworks’ suite of products. Over 240 D-I schools have adopted Teamworks Influencer to manage content, deals and transactions for NIL. Basepath's platform is used by more than 75 campuses. Both Teamworks and Basepath in the last year have invested heavily in solutions to support the new revenue-sharing and NIL-driven collegiate sports model (Teamworks).
