Baseball fans were doing plenty of Black Friday shopping this year, as MLBshop.com had its best Black Friday ever, setting a record for sales.

The 2024 mark topped previous highs (2016, 2022) by 5%. It was also 36% better than last year, with Dodgers merchandise sales contributing one-third of all MLBshop sales.

Dodgers World Series clinch merchandise also set a record for the first 24 hours of sales following a title clincher, across all sports, according to Fanatics.

Shohei Ohtani’s jersey was the No. 1 seller in MLB in 2024.
