SBJ has announced the nominees for the third year of the Sports Business Awards: Tech, honoring the most significant sports technology advancements of the calendar year.
The 43 finalists in eight categories will be evaluated by a panel of SBJ-selected external judges to determine the winners, who will be honored during SBJ’s three-day Tech Week conference in March in N.Y.
This year’s program adds a new award for Next in Sports Tech: Rising Female Leader, which is presented by Next League to recognize an up-and-comer poised to change the sports and technology industries.
A ninth award -- Sports Technology of the Year -- will be chosen from the winners of the other eight categories.
