- Prime Video capped off its 2025 regular season slate averaging 13.2 million viewers for "Thursday Night Football," its best figure since taking over the package three seasons ago. Prime was up 11% from last season, and up 38% from the debut effort in 2022. "TNF" game viewers had a median age of 49, which is around seven years younger than the average median age of viewers watching the NFL on linear TV (55.7), and more than 14 years younger than audiences watching prime time broadcast TV during fall 2024 (63.3).
- NBC is taking its "Football Night in America" studio show on the road for Week 18's Vikings-Lions game, marking the first time the program's regular season finale will be on-site, reports SBJ's Austin Karp.
- Karp reported on the Netflix Christmas Day NFL viewership numbers, and he was also surprised to see how strong the same-day game replays were on NFL Network that night in the U.S. At 6pm ET on Christmas, NFL Net drew another 848,000 viewers for a repeat of Chiefs-Steelers. Then at 8:30pm, NFL Net got another 1.17 million for a repeat of Ravens-Texans.
