The Bills released seven new renderings of their new $2.1B stadium that showcase “details of the lower bowl seating, as well as the concourse areas on the first level” -- which will be “open to a full view of the game action,” according to Michael Petro of the BUFFALO NEWS. The stadium will “feature much larger and roomier concourses,” and each “provides 360-degree visibility into the bowl.” That helps “keep fans connected to the game even when they leave their seats.” Petro noted at the current Highmark Stadium, fans are “blocked off from the game action by concrete walls” when they leave their seats and go through the tunnels to enter the concourse. One of the renderings shows “concourses featuring a glass exterior to capture the views outside.” In a rendering of a lower-level concourse, the Bills “point out how radiant heat will be installed at points of congregation throughout each concourse” (BUFFALO NEWS, 1/7).
