On Location Chief Commercial Officer Scott Jernigan is no longer with the company, On Location confirmed on Wednesday.

It’s not been determined yet whether Jernigan’s position, which reported to On Location President Paul Caine, will be filled or eliminated. The move follows an executive reshuffling in January that saw former 160over90 president Ed Horne join On Location as COO.

Jernigan, based in Raleigh, N.C., has spent more than 30 years in the live sports hospitality industry, including the past eight years with On Location, one of the industry’s top providers of premium experiences, hospitality and travel. His exit comes at what might be the busiest and most crucial time in the company’s history; On Location holds the hospitality contracts for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan and Cortina, the 2026 FIFA Men’s World Cup in North America and the 2028 Summer Olympics in L.A, not to mention Super Bowls and other major events.

Jernigan left college as a 19-year-old to launch Premiere Sports and Travel and GoTickets, which, through a string of acquisitions, eventually became part of On Location. Premiere was sold to Pfingsten Partners in 2006, then later to PrimeSport in 2013 before being acquired that same year by Clearlake. PrimeSport was then sold to Carlyle in 2015. On Location bought PrimeSport in 2017, before itself being acquired by Endeavor in 2020 for $660M. In February, Endeavor completed the sale of On Location, PBR, WWE, and the UFC to TKO Group Holdings in a $3.25B deal.
