Steamboat Springs, Colo., will host the FIS Para Snowboard World Cup next month, running two snowboardcross races in conjunction the U.S. Para Snowboard Championships and three NorAm Cup races.

The event marks the first time since 2017 that the U.S. is hosting the FIS event, giving several American athletes the chance to compete in World Cup races on home soil for the first time. FIS created the additional stop due to cancelations earlier this season in Europe.

World Cup and NorAm races will be contested Feb. 25-26 and another NorAm event will run alongside U.S. Championships on Feb. 27.
