Satisfi Labs is offering an enhanced platform to i ts AI chat solutions used by more than 450 clients, one of which is MLB.
The patent-pending technology is called the Context LLM Response System and is currently being used by the Boston Red Sox and the New York Mets in their organizations. Context LLM uses OpenAI’s GPT and Google’s PaLM to enhance the functi on of chatbots and allow s generative AI to follow a company’s brand, messaging and voice. This upgrade also allows team s to anticipate users' needs to provide timely or relevant information.
Satisfi Labs has signed 85 new partnerships this year, including some professional sports teams ( the New York Giants, the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Connecticut Suns) and college athletics departments (Stanford, Miami and South Carolina).
