Ohio State is "expected to hire" Texas A&M AD Ross Bjork to succeed the retiring Gene Smith as the school’s AD, according to a source. Bjork has been Texas A&M’s AD since 2019. He was previously the AD at Ole Miss and Western Kentucky (COLUMBUS DISPATCH, 1/15). A deal "has not been finalized," but the process "is trending in that direction and could be completed within a matter of days." Bjork is "known as a terrific fundraiser" (THE ATHLETIC, 1/15).
