Andretti Global has unveiled initial designs for its new 90-acre, $200M HQ in Fishers, Indiana. RATIO Design is handling the design, while Clark Construction Group has been brought on as the builder. Chicago-based Bradford Allen is serving as master developer for the 400,000-square-foot facility that will house all of the racing entities under the Andretti Global umbrella with a 2025 move-in date. Additional planning is underway on a fan-facing "Andretti Experience," which would include a museum, interactive experiences, food and beverage, event-hosting spaces and more. The HQ is another big project for the Indianapolis suburb of Fishers, which also is building a $170M arena that opens later this year.
