Bears GM Ryan Poles will remain in his role and will be the "point person" on the hiring of the team's next coach, Bears President & CEO Kevin Warren said Monday. Warren said Poles will "have the final say," but that Warren will have an input in the next coach. He noted the club is looking for a coach with "extremely high standards" who "creates an environment of accountability."Chicago fired coach Matt Eberflus on Friday following a Thanksgiving loss to the Lions.
