Revamped Terrace Hall takes spotlight in ongoing Progressive Field upgrades

Ongoing renovations at Progressive Field are “nearing completion,” and this year the Terrace Hall is the “pinnacle of the facelift,” according to Marc Bona of the Cleveland PLAIN DEALER. The “reimagined” beer hall features “refined indoor and outdoor spaces.” It has taken on the “duality of being both swanky and approachable, with vantages geared for socializing.” Exposed steel and wood baffle-bar ceiling “add an industrial feel meshing retro, art deco and modern touches.” The new North Coast Social will “offer semi-private, open-air Terrace box seating with exclusive access to indoor lounge and preferred parking.” Fans can “expect a lot of KeyBank branding throughout for its sponsorship.” Meanwhile, the Guardians Team Store, which had a temporary setup on Gateway plaza between the ballpark and Rocket Arena, has “returned to its previous location.” It now has an “open floorplan with apparel additions from multiple companies” (Cleveland PLAIN DEALER, 4/4).

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: In Akron, Ryan Lewis noted a “much larger section of seats” at Progressive Field “will be blue” this year. It is the “continuation of a process that began last year and is expected to be completed before Opening Day 2026.” A diamond “C” logo also now “appears in the seating in the upper deck behind home plate” (AKRON BEACON JOURNAL, 4/7).
