The Nuggets, Avalanche, Rapids, NLL’s Colorado Mammoth and Kraft Analytics Group announced a partnership to accelerate the Denver properties’ understanding of their fans and better connect fan bases across the enterprise. KAGR’s consulting team will leverage a combination of deep customer insights, market research and segmentation to develop distinct fan profiles that each team can use for more targeted marketing and sales outreach. These learnings will support the Denver properties in their fan-focused approach to developing new products and experiences that are both individualized and offer more ways for fans to engage with their favorite teams throughout the year. The partnership expands on the successes of the multi-year agreement KAGR signed with the Rams in 2023 to accelerate the Rams’ vision of data as an asset (Kroenke Sports & Entertainment).
