Conor McGregor Revealed As Cover Athlete For EA's "UFC 3" Game

UFC and EA Sports on Friday revealed the cover for the upcoming "UFC 3" video game, which will feature lightweight champion Conor McGregor . The game will be released worldwide Feb. 2 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 ( EA ). McGregor also was on the "cover of the previous version of the game," released in '16, though he "shared it" with  Ronda Rousey  ( MMAJUNKIE.com, 11/3 ).

Meanwhile, UFC President Dana White addressed McGregor and several other fighters being caught on tape recently using homophobic slurs: "We've had a problem with that. It's a thing you have to educate people on and I've had my history with it myself. So it's definitely a problem, and it's something we need to focus on" ( TMZ.com, 11/2 ).

Quote of the Day
It’s exciting for me to think about … getting a television format that in theory could have a lot more bells and whistles than maybe we had at the end of our ESPN deal. I do think there are going to be a lot of things that are excitingly new, whether it’s graphics or music packages.
