The deal for Suns and Mercury games to be carried on broadcast TV and team websites is a preview of the post-RSN future, said SBJ’s John Ourand on The Marchand and Ourand Sports Media Podcast: “The big takeaway from this is that rights locally are going to be non-exclusive … and the revenue coming in to teams is going to drop dramatically.”
