Heroic, months after meeting with investors to secure enough money to continue operations, is now in the process of fielding an offer from Krow Bidco AS, according to a filing on the Norwegian stock market. Previously, Heroic raised $1 million to keep their operation afloat during the summer months. The deal is expected to be closed in June, and Heroic has recommended its shareholders to accept the buy offer.
Heroic is currently valued at $5 million, and according to public filings they made approximately $900,000 in in revenue in 2022.
