Fox Sports will roll out a Saturday night college basketball schedule in primetime, marking the first time the network will carry regular primetime games in the sport. “Fox Primetime Hoops” debuts Dec. 10 with a top-20 match-up between No. 17 Arizona and No. 13 Indiana, part of the Las Vegas Clash. Fox holds the basketball rights to the Big East, Big Ten, Mountain West and Pac-12 conferences. Starting in the 2025-26 season, it will add Big 12 games, too. Fox also will benefit from the Gavitt Tipoff Games between Big East and Big Ten schools. Fox has scheduled six women’s games for the broadcast network, a record high for the net. The most anticipated women’s game is a South Carolina-UConn NCAA championship rematch.
Other notable games: Creighton-DePaul on Christmas Day (which will be an NFL lead-on) and the “Never Forget Tribute Classic” between Villanova and Boston College. All told, Fox, FS1 and FS2 will carry close to 300 games this season.
