Kim Schatzel will be the 19th president of the Univ. of Louisville after school trustees voted unanimously to appoint her during a special meeting. Schatzel, who has served as Towson Univ. President since 2016, will officially assume the UL role on Feb. 1. She succeeds interim President Lori Stewart Gonzalez (Univ. of Louisville).
