Nzinga Shaw: Game-Changing Hire

Nzinga Shaw became a pioneer and one of the country’s preeminent leaders in the increasingly important business of diversity, equity and inclusion. She has worked in different sports, including MLB at the YES Network and the NFL in the league office, and was the first chief diversity officer in the NBA, holding that position with the Atlanta Hawks. Most recently she held executive positions at Starbucks and Marsh McClennan.
