More About You

Most important lesson of the past 18 months: I’ve been inspired by how incredibly resilient we are.

Go-to person when I need help: I consider myself very lucky to have several mentors at the NFL who are extraordinarily invested in my growth and development. They lead by example, always have my back, and inspire confidence in me when I’m uncertain.

My inspiration: My parents, Alice and John. I admire their thoughtfulness, strong work ethic, and ability to excel in their careers while maintaining their focus on what’s most important.

In the Industry

What drew me to a career in sports: I was inspired to join the sports industry after taking a sports economics seminar my senior year at Columbia.

Biggest surprise when I started my career: That no one was going to quiz me on NFL officiating hand signals.

Most exciting aspect of sports business: How technology can enhance and personalize the fan experience in-venue and at home.

Sports industry needs to do a better job of … : Elevating women’s sports.

In 10 years, I hope to be … : Having as much of an impact on my team’s careers as my mentors have had on mine.
