Two companies that recently combined on a joint venture to develop software that alerts leagues and college athletic programs when players, coaches or staff bet have merged. Integrity monitoring provider U.S. Integrity and regulatory compliance consultancy Odds On Compliance will combine in a merger expected to close later this month. U.S. Integrity founder Matt Holt will serve as CEO. Odds On Compliance CEO Eric Frank will be president. Launched last month, the ProhiBet product the two companies developed counts the Big 12, the UFC, the American Athletic Conference among its more than two dozen early users. Sports tech venture firm Seventy Six Capital is an investor in both companies.
