The Bengals and Hamilton County will make "multiple upgrades" to Paycor Stadium this offseason, "including a new playing surface." A FieldTurf field will be installed, and they're also "replacing a significant number of seats" inside the stadium. Hamilton County Commissioners approved the project today, and the field "will be installed in time for the entire 2024 NFL season." The new FieldTurf CORE system returns to Paycor Stadium after serving as the Bengals' playing surface from 2004-2011. The Bengals are the eighth NFL team with FieldTurf, joining the Falcons, Panthers, Lions, Patriots, Jets, Giants and Seahawks (SI, 2/22).
