Cordish’s Live-branded portfolio includes entertainment districts in Philadelphia; Arlington, Texas; St. Louis; Louisville; Baltimore; and Atlanta. The company, led by Reed Cordish, added a 50,000-square-foot, five-story location in downtown Nashville to its roster this year, and in April unveiled its next development across the street from the Orange County Convention Center, one of the country’s busiest convention centers when it comes to hosting sporting events.
