Tablo TV, the E.W. Scripps Company’s TV/streaming recording device, is aligning with NASCAR driver Ryan Ellis for a sponsorship deal that starts at this year’s championship weekend and lasts through ’25.
The device, which Scripps launched in ’23 and records OTA linear TV and ad-supported streaming platforms, will be the primary sponsor of Alpha Prime Racing’s No. 43 driven by Ellis during the NASCAR Xfinity Series championship race at Phoenix Raceway Nov. 9.
Ellis is switching next year to DGM Racing, and in ’25 Tablo will serve as primary sponsor of his car at Vegas as well as a secondary sponsor at Nashville and Indianapolis. Tablo has worked with Emmitt Smith and Jesse Palmer as spokespeople, but this is its first sports sponsorship during a game or race.
