Fifty-three teams signed a total of 60 jersey sponsorship deals in 2024 across the NHL, NBA, NWSL, MLB, WNBA and MLS. The NHL led the way with 16 new team-level deals. Three brands signed multiple deals: Fintech app Robinhood inked three (Miami Heat, Memphis Grizzlies and Washington Mystics); Kaiser Permanente signed with the WNBA Golden State Valkyries and MLS San Diego FC, two clubs that begin play next year; and Play Alberta, a Canadian online betting site, signed with the Edmonton Oilers and Calgary Flames.
