Hamilton County officials have "contracted" with N.Y.-based Inner Circle Sports and the firm's sports management expert David Abrams to "help negotiate a new lease for Paycor Stadium with the Bengals." Hamilton County Commissioner Denise Driehaus said that the county hopes the group can "help get the taxpayers a better deal than in the 1990s when the original stadium lease was created." Exactly when the county contracted with Inner Circle "wasn't clear."
