Togethxr has named NANCY DUBUC Exec Chair. In the newly created position, Dubuc will “hold a seat on the board and lead the company’s growth strategy.” She has been consulting for Togethxr for the past six months. Dubuc was formerly CEO of Vice beginning in 2018 until she stepped down months before the company filed for bankruptcy in May 2023. Before that, Dubuc served nearly five years as CEO of A+E Networks (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 4/3).
NBA Chief DEI Officer LESLEY SLATON BROWN is stepping down after joining the league in the role in 2023. Brown informed the league of her plans to “leave the post and relocate back to the West Coast at the end of the current season in June” (ADWEEK, 4/2).
