- Team USA’s women’s hockey team won the gold medal with a 2-1 win over Canada in overtime Thursday. Megan Keller scored the winning goal in her final Olympic game. It was Keller’s “second gold medal” and that made her “the most decorated player in U.S. women’s hockey history.” Canada and the U.S. have “won every gold and silver medal” since women’s hockey became part of the Winter Games in 1998 (ESPN).
