Brad Keselowski Signs Multiyear Contract Extension With Team Penske

Team Penske today announced a multiyear contract extension with NASCAR driver Brad Keselowski ( Penske ). Keselowski, whose Monster Energy Cup Series cars have "been sponsored primarily by Miller Lite and Discount Tire, is considered one of the top talents, and probably could have left for any team -- pending sponsorship -- as virtually all have had drivers who are in contract years or have room to expand with sponsorship" ( ESPN.com, 7/25 ).

Meanwhile, industry sources said Team Penske could make an announcement on driver Ryan Blaney 's outlook for '18 and beyond in NASCAR as soon as tomorrow. Penske has been considering bringing Blaney back in house from alliance team Wood Brothers Racing for the ’18 season ( Adam Stern, Staff Writer ).
