The Annapolis, Md.-based brand, spearheaded by lead investor Brendan Kelly, is preparing to launch a location-based mobile app that empowers athletes and fans to create their own highlights. Fivestar also revealed the acquisition of sports media brand Red Label Sports (Fivestar).
