TendedBar will deploy 12 of its machines at Circuit of the Americas in Austin for a handful of upcoming events including concerts and October’s F1 Aramco U.S. Grand Prix. TendedBar, the automated cocktail dispensing unit, is working with Levy (COTA’s hospitality partner) and DBK Studio (Levy’s innovation studio) to launch the new beverage experiences. One TendedBar unit, which included Facial Recognition Bar Tab Technology, made its debut in Austin at the June 10 Camp Nowhere concert. It was in use at the June 13 Backstreet Boys show and will be in place for Styx and REO Speedwagon (July 22) and Third Eye Blind (July 30) at COTA.
Other venues featuring TendedBar units include TIAA Bank Field, VyStar Arena, Empower Field at Mile High Stadium, Allegiant Stadium for the NFL Pro Bowl, Del Mar Racetrack and two PGA Tour events: the AT&T Byron Nelson and Farmers Insurance Open.
