PlayersTV, an athlete-focused media network, has added streaming services Rakuten TV, Youtube TV, Philo and Local Now as new distribution partners.

The new platforms reach a combined 285 million households for PlayersTV, whose investors include NBA stars Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony, CJ McCollum and MLB Hall of Famer Ken Griffey Jr. PlayersTV shares behind-the-scenes access to the lives of professional athletes, such as its recent documentary on Damian Lillard, who is also an investor in the company.

Existing distribution partners for PlayersTV include Samsung TV, ReachTV, SLING TV, LG Channels, Vizio Smartcast, Roku, and Xumo TV.

“With the addition of these new distribution partners, PlayersTV’s unparalleled athlete-led content will now be available to a wider and more international audience,” Players Media Group CEO Nancy Pingitore said in a statement.
