Longtime NASCAR exec Paul Sparrow retires, replaced by Megan Malayter

NASCAR’s longtime Managing Dir of Licensing & Consumer Products PAUL SPARROW left the company in recent months and retired from sports business after more than 40 years in the industry. His tenure at NASCAR dated back to 2003, and he also formerly worked for the NFL. Sparrow, who indicated on his LinkedIn that he is now focused on being a deacon of the Catholic Church, is replaced by MEGAN MALAYTER. NASCAR also promoted Southeast Region Track Marketing Dir MICHELLE WEDDIGE to Senior Dir of Business Strategy for the new Chicago street course race and promoted Mid-Atlantic Region Senior Manager of Partnership Services NICOLLE GUINAN to Dir of Partnership Services for the Chicago race, according to LinkedIn. Meanwhile, F1 named Lego Group Global Marketing Manager LESLIE CHU Gaming Manager.
