Eagles QB Jalen Hurts “stands to be a hot commodity for product endorsements -- particularly should the team win the Super Bowl,” according to John George of the PHILADELPHIA BUSINESS JOURNAL. During the preseason, Hurts signed an endorsement deal with Lemon Perfect, "an enhanced water product." Lemon Perfect’s wager "has paid off handsomely." Playfly Founder & CEO Michael Schreiber said Hurts' “national presence is going to take a big leap forward by being on this stage." He added, "The big change for Hurts is going to be going from regional to national deals.” George noted how that "translates to his bank account will depend on the type and quantity of endorsement deals he signs." Schreiber, however, "predicts that if Hurts can win the Super Bowl" and be named the game’s MVP, "six-figure regional deals will be supplanted by multimillion-dollar national deals" (PHILADELPHIA BUSINESS JOURNAL, 2/8).
