Keith Hernandez Out As Fox MLB Postseason Studio Analyst

Keith Hernandez is "one and done as a Fox postseason baseball analyst," as he "will not be brought back." Hernandez confirmed that he had been "told of Fox' decision earlier Monday." On the studio set with David Ortiz , Alex Rodriguez and Frank Thomas , Hernandez "often didn't get to show the full extent of his personality." A source said that it "appears Hernandez is either going to be replaced by a current player from a team that fails to qualify for the playoffs or not at all." This comes as Fox yesterday announced a new contract for Ortiz ( N.Y. POST, 6/26 ).
