Michigan Int'l Speedway's Auto Deals Benefit Charities

Michigan Int’l Speedway has new sponsorship and ticketing deals with Ford and Chevrolet that will raise money for two charities. Chevy and Ford have each picked a charity to support as part of a new ticket packages for MIS’s two Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series races. MIS will donate $5 to the charities when fans purchase Ford or Chevy ticket packages to the FireKeepers Casino 400 on June 9 and the Consumer Energy 400 on Aug. 11. Ford donations will go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of Michigan while Chevrolet is supporting Homefront, a national nonprofit that helps military families. The automaker and charity that sells the most tickets to the two races will then get another matching check from the speedway.
