FIVE NOTABLE PROJECTS

AT&T Stadium (Arlington, Texas)

Cost: $350 million

Lindner Family Tennis Center (Cincinnati)

Tenant: ATP/WTA Cincinnati Open

What makes it notable: The Tommies needed the building as part of their jump from Division III to Division I.

The Stadium at Tidewater Landing (Pawtucket, R.I.)

Tenant: USL Championship Rhode Island FC

Cost: $137.7 million

Architects/general contractor: Odell; JCJ Architecture/Dimeo Construction

What makes it notable: One of three youth sports complexes to open this year with a price tag of $70 million or more.
