AMB Sports and Entertainment named KEITH MCCLOAT as VP and CFO of NWSL Atlanta 2028. Reporting to President of Soccer MAURICIO CULEBRO, McCloat will begin his tenure on May 11. McCloat joins NWSL Atlanta 2028 after spending the past nine years with the Mets, where he most recently served as senior director/financial planning and analysis.

STACY JOHNS was hired as the Sparks’ president after a three-month stint as Bay FC’s CEO, a move to accelerate the synergy between owner MARK WALTER’s three L.A. franchises: the Dodgers, Lakers and Sparks. Johns will report to him and Dodgers President and CEO STAN KASTEN, while working closely with Dodgers President of Baseball Operations ANDREW FRIEDMAN and Dodgers special adviser and assistant to the owner FARHAN ZAIDI.

Bay FC promoted BERNARD GUTMANN to team president, following CEO STACY JOHNS’ departure to the WNBA’s Sparks. Gutman had served as CFO for 18 months and will remain in that role. Before arriving at Bay FC, Gutmann had been VP and head of finance at link-in-bio social media platform Linktree and, prior to that, had overseen monetization finance, corporate strategy and international operations at Twitch.

Former EFL Championship club Leicester City exec LISA PEARCE is the new CEO of World Netball.

USA Volleyball named BARI GREENFIELD as its new COO. Greenfield, who starts Monday, succeeds STEVE BISHOP and will report to USA Volleyball President and CEO JOHN SPERAW. Greenfield most recently served as VP/enterprise partnerships at MLS. She previously was VP/strategy, planning and organizational operations at N.Y. Road Runners.

USL Super League club Carolina Ascent FC named MARGARET GRAMANN as president of business operations. Most recently, Gramann served as CCO at Crenshaw Associates. She is also the founder of Charlotte-based Ascend Astute, an advisory practice supporting post-collegiate and pro athletes as they transition to their next careers.
