AtmosAir Solutions hired TROY MILLER as its VP/sports division, reporting directly to CEO STEVE LEVINE. Miller, a longtime sports exec, recently spent approximately four years as the senior director/business development and head of sports strategy/North America for MediaKind. AtmosAir has installed AI-infused air purification and monitoring in more than 100 pro and college sports venues, athletic/training facilities and locker rooms.

Novig named former U.S. SEC senior adviser to the chair ELIE MISHORY as Chief Regulatory & Legal Affairs Officer. Mishory previously served as chief regulatory officer and general counsel at Kalshi and served at the CFTC, including in leadership roles within the Division of Market Oversight and as counsel to Commissioner BRIAN QUINTENZ.

Cosm named NetEase Games General Counsel DAVID HO as Chief Legal Officer. In the new role, he will be reporting directly to President and CEO JEB TERRY. Prior to NetEase, Ho served as EVP/mergers and acquisitions and head of global direct-to-consumer, legal, at WarnerMedia.

Sponsorship intelligence provider SponsorUnited hired its first chief commercial officer in TIM BRAZ, who starts the new position this week. Braz comes to S.U. after two-plus years at consumer intelligence company Azira, where he was also chief commercial officer. Braz will head all revenue operations and report to S.U. CEO & founder BOB LYNCH.
