The Dannon Company today announced that it will advertise during Super Bowl XLVI, claiming it is the first yogurt company ever to do so. Dannon's spot will be shown on NBC during the third quarter of the Feb. 5 game played at Lucas Oil Stadium. Details of the ad are were not revealed, but Dannon did say that it is planning a fully integrated campaign ( Dannon ). The company is "expected to continue its strategy of touting its yogurt lines as a healthy choice for U.S. consumers" ( THEBIGLEAD.com, 12/12 ).
