Florida Announces AD Jeremy Foley's Retirement After 25 Years

The Univ. of Florida today announced that AD  Jeremy Foley , the "most successful and longest tenured" AD in school history, "is retiring, effective Oct. 1." Under Foley’s 25-year watch as AD, UF’s overall athletic program "has enjoyed unprecedented success, including 27 national championships and 130 SEC titles." He will "stay involved with the university as Emeritus Athletics Director, which is part of his current contract agreement." He is "tied for the most national titles among sitting ADs" ( GAINESVILLE.com, 6/13 ).
