$300,000 -- Fundraising goal for this year's St. Jude Rock 'n' Roll Seattle Marathon & Half Marathon, benefiting the renowned children's research hospital. Last year's event raised $185,000 for St. Jude's. About 15,000 participants are expected for the June 8-9 races ( ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital ).
